** What should SCORM 2.0 accomplish

* Responses to Questions
** LETSI will define requirements and will not develop specs, IP will be owned by spec developer (for example, IEEE), but LETSI's requirement is that they can be accessed openly, freely, and derivative works can be created
* Tom King asked groups to submit ideas for track priorities for vetting at Learning 2008
